Chris Upton: Problems in America

In today’s divided political atmosphere the United States of America faces many problems, intensifying global warming and climate change, ballooning federal deficit plaguing our economy, depleting supplies of world-wide oil reserves, growing number of citizens lacking health insurance, rising cost of health care, diminishing social security reserves, spiraling public education costs, disintegrating infrastructure of cities, soaring unemployment rates, widening gap between the rich and the poor, ongoing military expansion overseas and deteriorating inner city public schools.
